This analytics view enables teams to:

  • Understand which widgets perform best

  • Optimize user acquisition from different sources


Overview Metrics

At the top of the page, you can find the following key metrics:

  • Total Clicks
    Number of users who clicked on the WhatsApp redirect widget.

  • Total Views
    Number of times the widget was displayed to users.

  • Total Conversations
    Number of conversations initiated after users clicked the redirect.

These metrics help evaluate the conversion flow:
Widget Visibility → Click → Conversation


Widget List Table

The widget analytics table displays all created redirect widgets with the following details:

  • Widget Name – Name assigned during widget creation

  • Widget Hash – Unique identifier for tracking the widget

  • Business Number – WhatsApp business number mapped to the widget

  • Publish Status – Shows whether the widget is Published or Unpublished

Category-wise Funnel

The category-wise funnel visually represents the relationship between:

  • Views

  • Clicks

  • Conversations Started

This funnel helps identify drop-off points and optimize widget placement.

Top Sources

The Top Sources table shows where users are coming from.

  • Source URL : Origin of the traffic

  • Total Views : Views from the source

  • Total Clicks : Clicks from the source

  • Conversations Started : Conversations initiated
