Follow these steps to create a template:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns from the dashboard

  2. Select RCS

  3. Go to the Template section

  4. Click on Create Template

  5. Choose the type of template you want to create

  6. Add content and configure the required fields

  7. Save and submit the template for use

Types of RCS Templates

Chat360 supports three types of RCS templates:

1. Simple Text Template
