Import Maping
Map imported CSV or spreadsheet columns to Chat360 variables, validate field formats and resolve row-level mapping errors before launching campaigns.
1. Import Your File
Click Import File and navigate to your storage.
Select the desired file and click Open.
You will be redirected to the Map Parameters screen.

2. Configure Column Mapping
Left Pane: Lists system-required variables (e.g., email, phone number).
Right Pane: Shows the columns from your imported file.
Drag or select each file column to match the appropriate system variable.
Ensure each mapping follows the field’s format rules (e.g., email must contain “@” and a domain).

3. Execute the Mapping
Once all columns are paired, click Map Parameters.
A progress indicator will appear.
On success, a confirmation message displays and you’ll see the mapped results.
On failure, an error notification appears in the top-right corner.
Successful

Unsuccessful

4. Troubleshoot Mapping Errors
Incorrect pairings (e.g., mapping an address column to a phone variable) trigger a failure.
If mapping fails, you will receive an email report with detailed row-by-row feedback:
Row number
Field identifier
Description of the mismatch or format violation
Review and correct the specified rows, then re-import and map again.

Keeping your columns accurately matched ensures seamless data imports and avoids downstream errors in your campaigns.
