Launch smarter email campaigns with personalized templates, targeted recipients, scheduled delivery and analytics for opens, clicks, replies and unsubscribes.

The Email Campaign feature in Chat360 allows you to create, manage, and send bulk email campaigns directly from the platform. It helps you maintain brand consistency while ensuring compliance and structured communication.

With this feature, you can:

  1. Configure and verify your sending domain.

  2. Create and manage email templates.

  3. Submit templates for approval.

  4. Schedule and launch campaigns.

  5. Track campaign performance and results.

This streamlined workflow enables targeted email outreach with improved efficiency and measurable impact.

1.Setup and configuration :

  1. Navigate to the Channel section.

  2. Select the Email channel.

  3. Click on Add Channel.

Enter the required details:

  • Title

  • Domain Name

  • Add associated Email IDs (up to 5 email addresses per domain)

  • Add a Comment for internal reference

Click Create Account.

Once created, the channel name will appear in the Channel section. To ensure proper deliverability and maintain sender reputation:

  • Click Add New Domain

  • Enter your sending domain

  • Complete the domain verification process to confirm ownership.

2. Template Creation

  • Navigate: Campaign → Email → Template

  • Action: Click Create New Template

  1. Template Name: Unique, descriptive title

  2. Select Channel: Choose your verified email channel

  3. From/To Addresses: Configure sender and default reply-to

  4. Subject & Description: Craft an engaging subject line and brief overview

  • Design: After “Create and View,” assemble your email using layout blocks (text, images, buttons, carousels, accordions, hero wrappers, dividers, etc.) to match your branding and content goals.

  • Approval: Click Get Template Approval Status. Once Meta-compliant approval is received, your template is ready for campaigns.

3. Schedule Email Campaign

  • How to Schedule:

1. Open Scheduler:

  • Navigate to Campaign → Email → Schedule Campaign.

2. Create Campaign:

  • Click Create New Campaign.

  • Campaign Name: Enter a clear, descriptive title (e.g., “June Newsletter”).

  • Select Channel: Choose your verified email domain.

  • Add Template: Attach the pre-approved email template.

3. Import Recipients:

  • Use Import File to upload your contact list (CSV or Google Sheet).

  • Ensure columns match the template variables (e.g., {{first_name}}, {{order_id}}).

4. Add Test Addresses:

  • Under Test Email, enter one or more internal email addresses.

  • Send a preview to validate layout, links, and personalization tokens.

5. Review & Launch:

  • Verify all settings—name, channel, template, recipients, and test results.

  • Click Launch Campaign to schedule or send immediately.


Email Campaign Templates:

Template Analytics:

  • For a Specific Template : Monitor the performance of individual email templates to understand their effectiveness and refine your messaging.

1. Navigate to Template Stats:

  • Go to → Email → Templates, select your template, then click Actions → Task Stats.

2. Key Metrics:

  • Uploaded recipient - Displays all the data that was uploaded or utilised for sending.

  • Successfully Sent Count - Emails successfully sent.

  • Failed Count: Emails that encountered delivery errors.

  • Delivered Count: Messages that reached inboxes.

  • Read Count: shows the total messages that were read successfully.

  • Unread Count: The total messages that were not read.

  • Total Response Count: the total no of counts of users who clicked on click reply button and free text messages.

Campaign Analytics:

For Specific Campaign: Evaluate the overall impact of a scheduled email campaign—from delivery to recipient engagement.

1. Navigate to Campaign Stats:

  • Click Campaign → Email → Scheduled Campaign, find your campaign, then select Actions → Task Stats.

2. Key Metrics:

  • Uploaded Recipients : All the data that was uploaded or utilized for sending.

  • Successfully send count : The total messages that were sent successfully.

  • Failed Count: Messages that failed to send.

  • Delivered Count: Messages delivered to inboxes.

  • Opened Count: The total messages that were opened by recipients.

  • Replied Count: Total messages that were replied to by recipients.

  • Clicked Count : Total messages that received a click.

  • Unsubscribed Count: Recipients who opted out.

  • Successful Rate: Total percentage of messages successfully sent.

By regularly reviewing these analytics, you can identify underperforming templates, optimize send times, and tailor content to boost opens, clicks, and conversions.
